9 Ways to cure hiccups
I went to a wonderful film camp called Filmtett in Transilvania, Romania and made this animation short about hiccups. Somehow everybody seems to have a solution for stopping them and I was inspired by these stories told by the villagers and visiters who I interviewed. The actual animation is screened on festivals right now, so here are some scenes from it until the animation is available online!
How to stop the hiccups? Which animal has a third eye? What’s the meaning of life? This short animation gives the answer for all of these simple questions. The solutions are given by the locals and visiters of a small transilvanian village, who probably wouldn’t assume how absurd situations can arise from a small spasm of the diaphragm.
